TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - In honor of Dr. Seuss' birthday and "National Read Across America Day", the "Dick Howser Center for Childhood Services" is unveiling and celebrating a new facility.
The smart-play preschool, now called "The Learning Pavilion" showcased a variety of Seuss-themed learning stations featuring activities that foster reading skills through play.
The festivities concluded with a ribbon-cutting at the preschool's new building, which doubles the size of the facility.
The center serves children of all developmental abilities, including offering a full suite of support services for children with developmental delays and disabilities.
