TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Developers discussed a proposed 83-unit housing subdivision that would be called the Retreat at Mahan.
The subdivision will sprawl over 20 acres and have two entrances, one at Mahan Drive and another at Highland Drive.
Once a rural area of Tallahassee, developers say, the Retreat at Mahan would allow for a boost in economic activity in the area.
