JACKSON COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - Deputies say they have received several reports of suspicious packages being left in people's mailboxes.
According to the Jackson County Sheriff's Office, they have received several reports of suspicious packages left in residents' mailboxes.
Deputies have determined the flyer above and a key for an advertisement are the contents of the package. They do not believe anything harmful is inside the packages.
However, they are asking that you do not attempt bring the package to the sheriff's office. Instead, they are asking you to call 850-482-9648 so they can send someone to evaluate the item.
