Deputies say Man Tased in Jackson County after Biting Victim

JACKSON Co., FL (WTXL) - A man was tased and arrested by deputies in Jackson County after biting a woman and refusing to release her, according to authorities.

According to the Jackson County Sheriff's Office, Adrian Lamar Graham was arrested for aggravated battery with bodily injury and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.

Deputies were called out to the scene and they say when they arrived, Graham was still biting the female victim and authorities had to tase him to get him to stop biting.

The victim's children were also present and authorities say Graham received injuries from the children while they attempted to defend their mother.

Graham was taken to the hospital and as of Monday afternoon had not been released according to jail officials.

The victim suffered multiple bite wounds, damage to her eye and was also hit in the head with a metal object. She was taken to Southeast Medical Center in Alabama.
