MADISON COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - A Madison nursing home was evacuated after a called-in bomb threat Wednesday morning.
The Madison County Sheriff's Office says they received a threat by phone targeting the Lake Park of Madison nursing home.
All residents and employees were evacuated while the building was searched by multiple deputies. Nothing suspicious was located and the building has been cleared for residents and employees to return.
There are no injuries reported during this incident.
Deputies say they are now actively investigating who called in the threat.
