JACKSON COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - A Marianna man has been arrested after deputies say he abused a victim multiple times in one night.
According to the Jackson County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to a physical disturbance in the area of Danny Lane on Wednesday.
Deputies say the suspect, 43-year-old Jack Solomon had abused a victim and fled the scene.
After investigating the scene deputies left. Documents say minutes after deputies left they received another phone call stating that Solomon was back at the home causing another disturbance.
This time when deputies arrived on the scene, Solomon was still there. Deputies spoke with the victim who told them the second disturbance was verbal abuse only.
According to documents, Solomon was arrested and transported to the Jackson County Correctional Facility.
He is being charged with domestic battery and writ of bodily attachment.
