FRANKLIN COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - Franklin County deputies are trying to track down three crooks who got away with all sorts of high end electronic equipment from boats.

Over the weekend, a boat dealer in Franklin County reported thousands of dollars worth of electronics stolen from 10 boats. Similar thefts took place in Wakulla and Taylor counties the previous week.

WTXL was told the thieves are breaking into fenced boatyards and looking for devices like navigation screens and marine radios.

"If you see anybody that is trying to sell any sort of electronics, let us know," said Sheriff A.J. Smith. "If something doesn't seem right, it probably isn't. We don't know where these individuals may be from."

Crime Stoppers is offering a $3,000 reward leading to their arrests.

The Franklin County Sheriff's Office is asking for your help to find these thieves and is asking anyone with information to call 850-670-8500.
