Joshua Lee is charged with murder.
Decatur County deputies say Robert Cannon, Jr. was bleeding when they found him inside a car Sunday near Attapulgus.
Deputies say Cannon was sitting outside his sister's home in a car when his sister heard four loud pops.
Decatur County EMS arrived on the scene and began providing aid to Cannon, but he later died of his injuries.
While he was being treated, Cannon told deputies it was Joshua Lee who shot him.
His sister told deputies Cannon had been seeing a woman who was still married to Lee.
