JACKSON COUNTY, FL (WTXL) - On Monday, after deputies pulled over a man for speeding, they found 95 grams of weed, some baggies, and a scale in his car.

Jackson County Sheriff's Office said that a deputy saw a white car speeding west on Blue Springs Road. The deputy pulled over 32-year-old Reginald McNealy and, after looking at his driver license, saw that McNealy's license was suspended indefinitely.

The deputy said they saw several indicators of illegal activity while they spoke with McNealy. Eventually a Jackson County Sheriff's Office Narcotics Detection K9 responded to assist.

Deputies said K9 Max performed a "Free Air Sniff" around the exterior of the vehicle and alerted deputies that an odor was coming from the interior. After a probable cause search, deputies found 95 grams of weed in a container, a digital scale, and plastic baggies.

McNealy told deputies that the drugs belonged to him and he was arrested. He was transported to the Jackson County Correctional Facility to be housed until his first appearance. He was charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia, and other charges related to his suspended license.
