TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Following the violence in Charlottesville, Virginia Saturday, groups and cities around the country are showing their support, including a group in Tallahassee.
A few dozen people gathered in front of the Old Capitol Sunday, rallying in support of the Charlottesville riot victims. Signs had messages like "Solidarity with Charlottesville," "End white supremacy," and "Black lives matter."
The event was organized on Facebook by the Tallahassee Students for a Democratic Society, a student organization at Florida State University.
