ATLANTA (AP) - Authorities say a pizza delivery driver was carjacked in southwest Atlanta and delivered a pizza on foot before calling police.
Police say a Papa John's delivery driver told investigators he got out of his black 2003 Cadillac CTS on April 9 and two men pointed revolvers at him and demanded his belongings. Police say the suspects got in the man's car and fled the scene, and the driver walked the food to a nearby house before running to get help.
Police say the man filled out an incident report and asked to be dropped off at the West End train station instead of the restaurant he worked. Authorities say he wanted to tell his boss about the incident at a later date, and didn't want to risk getting fired.
