DECATUR COUNTY, Ga. (WTXL) - A Decatur County man has pleaded guilty to child molestation and sodomy charges.
Ricky Benyard was sentenced to 15 years in prison for his acts in 2015.
Investigators say the victim was 14 years old.
The district attorney says Benyard's case took so long because of a Georgia Bureau of Investigation backlog.
