DECATUR COUNTY, Ga. (WTXL) - Decatur County Fire and Rescue are mourning the loss of one of their own.
Firefighter Adam Taylor suddenly died on March 30. Decatur County Fire and Rescue posted this on their Facebook Page today:
“Our heartfelt thanks to everyone for your love and support during this difficult time, as we mourn the sudden loss of Firefighter Adam Taylor. Adam was an incredible firefighter, a wonderful husband and father, and a blessing to all who had the pleasure of knowing him. He will truly be missed. Please continue to keep his family, friends, and our public safety family in your thoughts and prayers.”
And an outpouring of support is coming from their fellow firefighters as well.
Bainbridge Public Safety posted on their Facebook Page today:
“Last night, Decatur County Fire & Rescue suffered a loss of one of their own with the sudden passing of Firefighter Adam Taylor. Our thoughts and prayers are with Adam’s family, friends, and members of Decatur County Fire & Rescue during this sad time.”
