DECATUR COUNTY, Ga. (WTXL) - A Decatur County man who doused his wife in gasoline and threatened to shoot her with a crossbow last year received a 40-year sentence.
Officers say that when David Robertson, 57, who was sentenced Tuesday, was arrested he tried to take one of their guns.
He was arrested on aggravated assault and terroristic threats charges.
