BAINBRIDGE, Ga. (WTXL) - A candidate for Decatur Co. tax commissioner turned himself in for a November incident involving two teens.
According to Bainbridge Public Safety, two teens stole a dirt bike from Ryan Shirley's pawnshop.
They say Shirley chased the teens, hitting one with his car and breaking his arm and then cornered the same teen behind the KFC on Shotwell St. and pulled a gun on him, holding him there until police arrived.
The juveniles were arrested for stealing the bike, and Shirley is facing two charges of aggravated assault.
