BAINBRIDGE, Ga. (WTXL)--Private companies have until Friday to submit medical service proposals in Decatur County.
Two weeks ago, the board of commissioners began requesting proposals from EMS companies.
A team comprised of members from both Decatur and Seminole counties would select the best proposal.
The team will include an EMS worker from both counties, a commissioner from both counties and county administrators.
The board voted to consider the option of EMS privatization.
