NEW SMYRNA BEACH, Fla. (AP) - Authorities say the body of a man in a wheelchair was found following a central Florida house fire.
The Volusia County Sheriff's Office reports that the New Smyrna Beach home was "fully involved" when firefighters responded Wednesday morning. The victim wasn't immediately named.
The Daytona Beach News-Journal reports that five dogs are also believed to have died in the fire.
The cause of the blaze remained under investigation.
