LIBERTY CO., Fla. (WTXL) - One person is dead and another is in critical condition after an accident in Liberty County. It happened about 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 3, 2014.
Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) troopers say James King, 70 and Joseph Rudd, 48 of Hosford, Florida were traveling down State Road 20 when King lost control of his truck and veered off the road into a ditch.
According to FHP troopers, the accident took the life of the passenger, Joseph Rudd, and left James King in critical condition.
Charges are pending.
