(WTXL) - So many of you heeded the call on the Day of Giving to help people left in need of goods and supplies after Harvey brought its winds and water.
ABC stations around the country took part in manning the phones.
The spirit of giving was contagious, with communities across the country donating to the American Red Cross.

Approximately $12.5 million were raised during Disney's Day of Giving.
