TAYLOR COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - Deputies need your help finding a missing man who suffers from dementia. 

The Taylor County Sheriff's Office says that Roy A. Sturdivant aka Bucky, who suffers from dementia, walked away from a home on Fairway Drive in Perry Friday morning between the hours of 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.

He was last seen wearing a flannel shirt, blue jeans, black shoes and a baseball cap. 

Local law enforcement, emergency services, family and volunteers are currently searching the area. 

Family members have started a Facebook group to assist in finding Roy. They say that Roy is "very confused" and likely would not be able to carry on a conversation. 

Anyone who may have seen or had contact with Roy A. Sturdivant today is asked to contact the Taylor County Sheriff's Office 850-584-2429.
