FRANKLIN COUNTY, FL. (WTXL)-- A cyclist in Franklin County is hospitalized after a crash in Apalachicola.
According to authorities, DeIara Prince was driving on US-98 near 10th Street when Melvin Stephens rode his bike into her path.
Stephens was airlifted to Bay Medical in critical condition and charges are pending.
