According to Ray Porter, the project coordinator for Benchmark Consulting, the project has two teams working at the same time. Porter says Team One began in the Chaires Community of Leon County and is working through downtown Tallahassee into Gadsden County, Florida and ending their work in Chattahoochee, Florida. Porter says Team Two began in Attapulgus, Georgia and will work into Gadsden County and then come into Leon County ending in Tallahassee.
