FRANKLIN COUNTY, FL. (WTXL) - A Franklin County man is assaulted outside his home but is able to identify the attacker.
Franklin County Deputies say, Xaviera Rutherford hit a man in the head with a golf club outside of his home earlier this week. The victim was able to pull the mask off the woman and identify her. According to the report, Rutherford reached into the victim's pants and grabbed his wallet before leaving the scene.
The victim was taken to Weem's Memorial Hospital with head injuries.
Rutherford was captured in Marianna on Wednesday and was taken back to Franklin County.
Deputies say, Rutherford fully confessed to the incident.
