TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A Crawfordville man died Friday morning after the car he was driving crashed into a power pole on Silver Lake Road, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
Zane Turner, 19, of Crawfordville was traveling south on Silver Lake Road in the area of Crossbow Trail when his car left the roadway, hitting the pole and causing live power lines to fall.
FHP said the accident happened about 1:30 a.m.
Turner was transported to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital for treatment.
