GADSDEN COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL)--A person is dead after a crash on I-10 in Gadsden County.
Florida Highway Patrol troopers haven't released the person's name because they haven't notified the person's next of kin. They say the crash happened around 3:30 Saturday morning.
A 2008 Mercury Marquis was headed east on I-10 in the inside lane went it traveled into the median. Troopers say the driver overcorrected, then ran off the shoulder of the interstate down an embankment.
The car rolled several times near milemarker 162. The person wasn't wearing a seatbelt. Troopers are investigating the cause of the crash.
