TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Members of the Community Redevelopment Agency on Monday will discuss bringing more development to Frenchtown.

This time adding more to the corner of the neighborhood nearest to FSU.

WTXL's Jada Williams is live this morning---

That new development is planned for the land between Tennessee, Macomb, Virginia, and MLK.

Since May of last year, Frenchtown Redevelopment Partners have been working on plans to redevelop the land.

That plan includes condos or apartments holding between 200 and 250 units, a parking garage, and office space.

The Partners are requesting the CRA enter into an agreement with them to fund a part of the activities required to move the project to the review and permitting stage.

The project is totaling at about $280,000.

That meeting starts at 9:30 a.m. Monday.
