LEON COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - The Community Redevelopment Agency coming together in Leon County Tuesday morning to continue discussing plans for a project near Cascades Park.
Officials getting a look at the news design that will feature a hotel, public plaza area, commercial offices, a historical cultural area, and an underground garage.
You should also be able to see the capitol building from the park. Construction on the area is expected to bring in over 2,000 jobs and officials say they're excited about the the changes and what they could mean for the area.
CRA officials say when all the changes are done the project is expected to bring in over 23 million dollars in income and wages and add 150 million in estimated value.
