Counselors were at the elementary school today where four of the murdered kids in Gilchrist County, Florida were students.

More than half a dozen deputies and about 25 counselors were on hand at Bell Elementary School where four of the six murdered kids in Gilchrist County were students.

They were last seen as school ended Thursday.

Superintendent Robert Rankin, of Gilchrist County Public Schools says the children were seen catching the bus going home.  He said, "I talked to one of the teachers this morning, and they said Mr. Rankin, I walked out and put her on the bus yesterday at 3 o'clock. So as far as I know they all got on the bus and they rode home."

Within an hour, deputies were at the home, after 51 year old Don Spirit called 911.

He shot himself when deputies arrived and they found the entire family dead inside the home, including Spirits' adult daughter Sarah and her six children. The youngest was just three months old.

The sheriff's office said today, they still have no motive for the killings.
