(WTXL) — Gyms joined the coronavirus lockdown list, joining restaurants, bars and parks, so Chris Hemsworth is releasing all of his workouts for free for people stuck at home.

The 36-year-old Hollywood actor announced free access to his program Centr, giving everyone six weeks access to at-home training and recipes using pantry staples.

From March 23 to 31, new customers can sign up via Centr.com and access the lengthy roster of wellness pros including Hollywood trainer Gunnar Peterson, Hemsworth’s personal trainer Luke Zocchi, vegan bodybuilder Torre Washington, Elsa Pataky's yoga instructor Tahl Rinsky, and chef Dan Churchill.

The app offers a curated range of everything from daily workout videos to meal plans, recipe collections to sleep visualizations – fully customized to your goals, ability and personal taste.
