TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL)- Thirty-five local residents received their certificates of completion from the Leon County Sheriff's Office Citizen's Academy.
This was the largest class to date and had people with various backgrounds, including attorneys, business owners and retirees.
The class also had some well-known locals, state representatives, former football players and radio personality Joe Bullard.
Bullard says the class was an eye-opening experience.
