TALLAHASSEE, FLA. (WTXL) - People gathered Sunday afternoon to celebrate the life of a murdered Godby high school student.
Community members gathered at Chapman Pond,
the location where Nickolas Doss' body was found on New Year's eve after he was shot and killed.
A number of neighbors approached the city to have a tree planted near where his body was found. Sunday's ceremony dedicated the tree in Doss's honor.
