TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The life of FSU's beloved senior associate athletic director was celebrated Monday at the Doak Campbell Stadium.
Thousands were in the stands, to pay their respects to Monk Bonasorte.
He died after battling brain cancer. The Former Florida State All-American football player made his fight with cancer public in October of last year.
Bonasorte was an All-American safety for FSU from 1977-1980 and was inducted into the university's Hall of Fame for his outstanding career.
