GADSDEN COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - While the severe weather Wednesday didn't cause too much damage in Gadsden County, power outages in the area persisted, requiring help from the community as well as the Talquin Electric Cooperative.
Gadsden County was under a tornado watch on Wednesday.
Officials with the Sheriff's Office say that though there were outages, city and county leaders came together to prepare prior to the storm making it easier to respond to a crisis.
Officials are also asking for volunteers for future storms saying that every little bit helps when preparing for a storm.
