Perky Petz is holding a "Yappy Hour Benefiting the Refuge House this weekend.
Alicia Armstrong talked about the free event happening Wednesday night at Chuy's.
It benefits the Refuge House and is 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Pet Halloween Costumes will be judged at the event.
