TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - American actor and playwright, Keith Hamilton Cobb, visited Florida A&M University's campus today for rehearsal.
"American Moor" is an 85-minute one-person play that examines the experience of black men in America through the metaphor of William Shakespeare's Othello.
Show dates are Thursday and Friday at Lee Hall Auditorium on FAMU's campus.
We caught up with Cobb as he was rehearsing earlier today.
The production is being sponsored by the "Southern Shakespeare Company" in partnership with various artist organizations at Florida A&M University.
