TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - It's Miracle Treat Day at Dairy Queen.

At least $1 from every blizzard sold will benefit local Children's Miracle Network hospitals around the country.

All proceeds in this area will go to CMN at University of Florida Health Shands Children's Hospital and their emerging initiatives at their pediatric specialties Tallahassee clinic.

"Children's Miracle Network is such a great organization, it helps so many kids like myself when I was treated many years ago, and its such a great impact what Dairy Queen is doing today," said Parker Fox, Children's Miracle Network Miracle Child.

Fox and his family have participated in the CMN Dance Marathon at Florida State University every year since he was 3-years-old.

He also started a dance marathon at Chiles High School his sophomore year. So far, it's raised more than $78,000.
