TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - People living and working in a quickly growing part of Tallahassee will come together to discuss plans for the future.
This is an effort to give the city a glimpse at what neighbors want in their backyards.
WTXL ABC 27's Jada Williams was live Monday morning to talk about the meeting.
The meeting is surrounding midtown.
The City of Tallahassee wants to meet with the people who live in Midtown and business owners.
They’ll all talk about recommendations from the 2012 Midtown Placemaking Plan.
Much of the conversation will center around development, walkability and parking.
There’s even a discussion on the table for adding a new parking garage.
The meeting is happening at the Board of Realtors Office beginning at 5:30 p.m.
