TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - One Leon County boat landing and RV Park could grow to welcome more people out at the same time.
WTXL ABC 27's Jada Williams was live Tuesday morning at the Leon County Courthouse.
Commissioners will discuss extending the parking lot at Coe Landing.
This may not sound like a big deal, but county officials say that just doing that could make a big difference.
Board members will talk about buying 3.5 acres above the park to add more parking.
In recent years, Coe landing has grown, meaning more people are parking in the grass, roads or leaving because there is no parking.
Maggie Theriot, director of the Office of Resource Stewardship, said that the growth is good and she would love to see even more citizens using them.
