Cold Shelters Opening with Dropping Temperatures

TALLAHASSEE, FL. (WTXL) - With temperatures dropping Tuesday night city officials are opening temporary cold night shelters across the Capital City.

The Kearney Center is open to all adults. Dozens of people are expected to stay in the shelter. Families and those with kids can report to the Family Shelter on West Pensacola Street. .

Shelters will also be open in Valdosta, including Grace Fellowship Church on West Hill, The Salvation Army on Virginia Avenue, and the New Horizons Shelter on Charlton Street.
