PENSACOLA BEACH, FL (WALA) - The U.S. Coast Guard is looking for a possible missing swimmer off Pensacola Beach.
The Coast Guard says it treating the situation as an unconfirmed person in the water. No one has been reported missing, the Coast Guard tells FOX10 News.
The USCG says a witness on the beach Sunday saw someone waist-deep in the water and then looked away and didn’t see that person again when they turned back.
Officials searched Sunday and didn’t find anything. They are going to search Monday from the air, the Coast Guard says.
