BAINBRIDGE, GA (WTXL) -- An environmental group in Bainbridge is busy today cleaning up an oil spill on North Sims street.
Clean up crews say they have been on the scene for nearly two weeks.
Officials say that a tanker truck parked on the property is likely to blame. The clean up crew has already dug a 12 foot hole trying to contain the spill and will continue to dig until the soil sample no longer contains oil.
The spill is still under investigation.
