TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) -- The city has closed part of Surgeons Drive because it says that the northbound lane is unsafe.
The city cites the problem as a "failure of the roadway" on the 1500 block. There is a geo-technical engineer on scene looking into what is causing the problem.
As of 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, the southbound lanes of Drive are still open. However, the city says it may have to temporarily shut them down.
