VALDOSTA, Ga. (WTXL) -- The City of Valdosta announced Friday that they will be constructing new sidewalks on West Gordon Street.
The construction will extend from Hightower Street to Lankford Drive beginning on Monday.
It will include wheelchair ramps along with curb and gutter improvements.
The city says it should be completed within 60 days, but they warn the project may require some periodic lane shifts; however, they say the traffic conditions will return to normal at the end of each day.
