TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Children with visual impairments will be able to participate in an Easter egg hunt this year, thanks to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

Tallahassee has announced their 3rd Annual Beeping Easter Egg Hunt. The event allows children to participate in a holiday tradition that is usually not accessible to them.

Law enforcement officers are building eggs that are designed to look and feel like regular Easter eggs but, beep very loud when activated by a switch.

The Egg Hunt will take place on Saturday, March 31, from 1 to 3 p.m. at James Messer Park in Tallahassee.
