TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - At the height of impacts locally, the City of Tallahassee had an estimated 30,000 customers without power and multiple roads blocked.
City of Tallahassee is working diligently to restore power. As of 6:30 a.m., more than 23,000 City electric customers have been restored. Fewer than 7,000 customers remain without power, with several roads opening back up.

As people return to the road and begin their day, please use caution on the roads as weak, wet branches and trees could continue to fall.
