TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Second time's the charm when it comes to the annual Jingle Bell Run in Tallahassee.
As you know the annual event was postponed due to severe weather a couple of weeks ago.
Friday night it will take place and no wind nor rain or cold will stop it.
