TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The Tallahassee commissioners are voting tonight on the sale of a piece of land in the Frenchtown area to a private contractor.

They are also set to vote on a ban in the city of Tallahassee on fracking.

And being introduced at the meeting tonight is a towing regulation making it illegal to tow vehicles at places where they sell alcohol in an effort to deter people from drunk driving.

Our own Abbey Maurer is at that meeting, and will be bringing you the latest on those topics and more on your news at 11 tonight.
