WAKULLA Co., FL (WTXL) - A heart warming day for some inmates at the Wakulla Correctional Institution as they're reunited with their dads.
The reunion is made possible through a program called Children of Inmates which is part of the Living Stones International, an organizations that helps children of inmates and their families.
Transportation was provided for the children to see their incarcerated fathers at the Wakulla Correctional Institution for a day filled with board games, and arts and crafts.
The warden says this facility holds this event about twice a year and it is also available at other institutions.
