TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) - Developers for the Centre of Tallahassee, formerly the Tallahassee Mall, are scheduled to make an announcement Tuesday morning regarding a future tenant.
Commissioners for the City of Tallahassee recently approved the development plan for the Centre which addressed sound ordinances, property and environmental uses, as well as Star Metro use at the property.
That plan also included adding multi-family housing, officers and schools to the property in addition to the amphitheater and retail spots.
A meeting of the Development Review Committee on November 9 will make a decision on whether or not to allow the expansion of the amphitheater to hold 10,000 people.
