(CNN) – CBS CEO Les Moonves will be accused of sexual misconduct in an article to be published in The New Yorker sometime on Friday.
The revelation sent CBS stock tumbling six percent.
The article is an investigative piece by journalist Ronan Farrow, who has written similar stories over the past year about Harvey Weinstein and other powerful men.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, the article includes accusations of unwanted kissing and touching by Moonves.
Per company policy, The New Yorker declined to comment on the piece ahead of its publication.
Moonves, who has been at the helm of CBS for the better part of two decades, did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
